Pier 27 also features on-site parking for 120 vehicles and modern interiors and amenities.
Private Spaces:
The Coit Room (6,800 sq. ft.), offers stunning views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The Coit Room is included at no additional cost when booking City View. It is also available on its own. Capacity: 600 Reception, 300 Seated, 500 Theater
The City View Room (23,000 sq. ft.), offers views of the Bay Bridge and floor-to-ceiling windows facing downtown San Francisco. The room is carpeted and has one air wall that can be used to separate the space (Coit Room). Restrooms are conveniently located in the center of the room, and a balcony offers outdoor access and obstructed views. Capacity: 1,500 Reception, 900 Seated, 1,200 Theater
The Bay View Room (3,000 sq. ft.), offers views of the Bay and floor-to-ceiling windows. The Bay View Room is included at no additional charge when booking City View, and it can be used as a breakout space, classroom, speakers’ lounge or additional catering space. It is also available on its own. Capacity: 200 Reception, 70 Seated, 140 Theater.
The Embarcadero Room (18,000 sq. ft), is industrial with exposed ceilings and cement flooring. It is lined with roll-up doors that can be opened, allowing direct access to the outdoor promenade along the waterfront. Capacity: 1,000 Reception, 700 Seated, 800 Theater
The Transportation Area (48,000 sq. ft.), is our largest outdoor venue. It can be used for parking for your event with space for 112 vehicles, or it can be activated on its own for events such as charity walks, tented meetings, food truck activations, or festivals. Capacity: 3,000 Reception.
